  1. Within the AT Protocol Network: Pack Social is built on the AT Protocol, meaning user data can be hosted in a decentralized manner across the network. User-generated content posted publicly may be accessible to other nodes on the network, consistent with the protocol’s structure.
  2. With Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third parties that perform services on our behalf, such as our content hosting network. These providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the information and are restricted from using it in any way not authorized by Pack Social.
  3. With Your Consent: We will not share your data with advertisers unless you explicitly opt in. If you choose to participate in certain features that require data sharing, we will make it clear at the point of collection or before the data is shared.

    • ATProto Network: Content you create or share may be stored in a decentralized manner across the AT Protocol network.
    • US-Based Cloud Servers: We also store and process some user data in secure data centers located in the United States.
  2. Retention Period: We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete or anonymize your information, subject to any legal obligations or legitimate business interests requiring retention.
  3. Right To Be Forgotten: You have the right to request full deletion of your data. Upon receiving and verifying your request, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal information from our active databases and, where possible, request the same of our service providers and partners.
